维持性血透治疗糖尿病肾病患者的有效性及对其生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果和对患者生活质量的影响。方法对90例该院在2016年9月—2019年9月收治的糖尿病肾病患者进行研究,采用随机图表法分为45例的对照组和观察组。前者实施腹膜透析,后者实施维持性血液透析,比较两组疾病治疗总有效率、生活质量、并发症和氧化应激状态。结果观察组疾病治疗总有效率和生活质量同对照组相比提高明显,出现并发症的概率下降明显,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组过氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽氧化物酶、丙二醛均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病治疗中采用维持性血液透析疗法,可有效提高治疗效果,减少并发症,改善患者氧化应激状态和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of maintenance hemodialysis on diabetic nephropathy and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods A study was conducted on 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to September 2019,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group of 45 cases by random graph method.The former performed peritoneal dialysis and the latter performed maintenance hemodialysis.The total effective rate of disease treatment,quality of life,complications and oxidative stress state were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of disease treatment and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly improved,and the probability of complications decreased significantly,and there were statistically significantly difference in data comparison(P<0.05);the observation group had superoxide dismutase,glutathione oxidase and malondialdehyde were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The maintenance hemodialysis therapy in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce complications,and improve the patient's oxidative stress state and quality of life.
