摘　　要：目的分析关节镜治疗初次肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折的手术方法及近期临床效果。方法选取本院140例初次肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折患者开展本次试验研究,随机均分为对照组和观察组两组,各70例。对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察组给予关节镜手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组关节活动度、治疗优良率、不良事件发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予初次肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折患者关节镜治疗能够有效促进患者恢复健康,提升临床疗效,治疗安全性高。Objective To analyze the surgical method and short-term clinical effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of primary shoulder dislocation combined with humeral greater tuberosity fracture.Methods 140 patients with primary shoulder dislocation combined with greater tuberosity fracture of humerus were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group was given arthroscopic surgery.Results The observation group's joint range of motion,excellent treatment rate,and incidence of adverse events are better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment for patients with primary shoulder dislocation combined with greater tuberosity fracture of humerus can effectively promote the recovery of patients'health,improve the clinical efficacy,and has high treatment safety.
