益肾化瘀排浊汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾化瘀排浊汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的慢性肾衰竭患者80例,根据随机数字表法进行分组,各40例,常规组实施复方α-酮酸片治疗,研究组实施益肾化瘀排浊汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者Ccr、BUN、Scr、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、AI、PV、FIB、ALB、Hb、TSF、AMC、BW指标均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论益肾化瘀排浊汤联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾衰竭患者具有显著的临床效果,能明显改善机体营养状况及免疫功能,有效保护肾功能,有助于延缓病情。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of yishen huayu paizhuo decoction combined with compound alpha-ketonic acid tablets in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets.The research group was treated with yishen huayu paizhuo decoction combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of Ccr,BUN,Scr,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),AI,PV,FIB,ALB,Hb,TSF,AMC,BW in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen huayu paizhuo decoction combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets has significant clinical effect on chronic renal failure,can significantly improve the nutritional status and immune function of the body,can effectively protect renal function and help to delay the disease.
