心理护理干预对冠心病心力衰竭患者心理状态及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析观察心理护理干预对冠心病心力衰竭患者心理状态和心功能的影响。方法将2018年3月至2019年3月的104例患者分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对两组患者分别进行常规护理与心理护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度96.15%,高于对照组的78.84%,P<0.05;护理前心理状态评分、心功能指标对比无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后两组患者的心理状态、心功能指标均有改善,且观察组患者的HAMD评分、HAMA评分、LVESD、LVEDD均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,均P<0.05。结论为冠心病心力衰竭患者提供心理护理干预,可明显改善患者的心理状态,有效调节患者心功能指标,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze and observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods One hundred and four patients from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention,and the clinical efficiency was analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 78.84%of the control group,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the scores of mental state and the comparison of cardiac function indexes before nursing(P>0.05).The mental state and heart of the two groups of patients after nursing the functional indicators were improved,and the HAMD score,HAMA score,LVESD,and LVEDD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion To provide psychological nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure has obvious effect on improving the psychological state of patients,and can also adjust the cardiac function indexes of patients,with significant clinical effect.
