综合护理干预在颈椎病行前路减压植骨内固定术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在颈椎病行前路减压植骨内固定术中的应用效果观察。方法选择从2018年1月至2018年12月收治的100例颈椎病行前路减压植骨内固定术患者为对象,按照随机数表法分对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理方法,研究组则在此基础上联合综合护理干预措施。比较分析两组护理前后心理状态评分、手术后并发症发生情况及临床护理满意度。结果研究组护理前SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(63.85±3.70)分、(63.98±3.85)分,与对照组[(63.70±3.85)分、(63.90±3.95)分]比较差异不大(P>0.05);研究组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(37.65±1.35)分、(38.65±1.25)分,均明显低于对照组[(48.50±1.65)分、(49.85±1.45)分](P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为8.00%,明显低于对照组(26.00%)(P<0.05);研究组临床护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在颈椎病行前路减压植骨内固定术中应用综合护理干预的效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in anterior decompression and bone grafting and internal fixation for cervical spondylosis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,100 patients with cervical spondylosis underwent anterior decompression and bone grafting and internal fixation.They were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50).The control group was treated with routine nursing method,and the study group was combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis.The psychological state score,postoperative complications and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(63.85±3.70)and(63.98±3.85),compared with the control group[(63.70±3.85)and(63.90±3.95)],the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the SAS score and SDS score after nursing in the study group were(37.65±1.35)and(38.65±1.25),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(48.50±1.65),(49.85±1.45)].The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of clinical nursing in the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in anterior decompression,bone grafting and internal fixation for cervical spondylosis.
