摘 要:试验以自交系PH6WC为材料,通过分析土壤接菌、种植密度、播种深度及施肥量(氮肥)等因子与发病率的关系,明确玉米丝黑穗病发病规律,为抗病育种及病害防治提供理论基础。结果表明:菌土浓度在2%-6%范围内,发病率与接菌浓度呈正相关,当浓度达到6%以上,发病率不再明显提高;在相同的接菌浓度下,播种深度与发病率呈正相关;在相同的接种浓度下,玉米丝黑穗病的发病率随着种植密度的增大而增大;在相同的接种浓度下,氮肥使用量越大,病害越严重,在喇叭口期分3次施肥,每次施入设计量的1/3,施肥量在2250kg/hm^(2)时,发病率高达12.78%。In this experiment,inbred line PH6WC was used as the material to analyze the relationship between soil inoculation,planting density,sowing depth and fertilizer application(nitrogen fertilizer)and the incidence of smut,so as to clarify the occurrence regularity of smut in maize,and provide a theoretical basis for disease resistance breeding and disease prevention.The results show that:the incidence was positively correlated with the inoculation concentration in the range of 2%-6%,when the concentration reached above 6%,the incidence rate was no longer significantly improved;At the same inoculation concentration,seeding depth was positively correlated with incidence rate.At the same inoculation concentration,the incidence of smut increased with the increase of planting density.At the same inoculation concentration,the more nitrogenous fertilizer was used,the more serious the disease was,the incidence of disease was as high as 12.78%when the designed amount of fertilizer was 2250kg/hm^(2),and applied in 3 times at the bell mouth stage and applied one third of the design amount each time.
