不同毛兜剪除强度对黄花菜产量及品质影响研究

摘  要:黄花菜是宁夏红寺堡农民增收的主要产业,“大乌嘴”黄花菜是当地的主栽品种,连续种植7-9a后,根系开始出现“毛蔸”(衰老)现象。研究结果表明,黄花菜“毛兜”剪除1/4,对黄花菜生长影响较小,产量增加384kg/hm^(2),其营养成分含量蛋白质、胡萝卜素、铁和硒的含量最高,分别为12.36g/100g、1.72mg/100g、160mg/kg、0.0232mg/kg。说明适度剪除毛蔸,进行复壮更新,有利于黄花菜产量的提高和品质的改善。Daylily is the main industry for farmers to increase their income in Hongsibao District,Ningxia.The Daylily variety,namely,“Da Wuzui”is the main cultivar in the local regions,the root begins to show the“Maodou”(aging)phenomenon after planting it for 7-9 years continuously.The results showed that“maodou”of daylily was cut off 1/4,which had little influence on the growth of daylily,and the yield of daylily increased by 384kg/hm^(2),and the contents of protein,carotene,iron and selenium were the highest,which was 12.36g/100g,1.72mg/100g,160mg/kg,and 0.0232mg/kg,respectively.This indicated that properly cutting off“maodou”and rejuvenation were beneficial to improvement of yield and quality of Daylily.
