摘　　要：目的调查非瓣膜性心房颤动患者自我效能现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年10月至2019年4月青岛市两所综合性三级甲等医院313例住院治疗的非瓣膜性心房颤动患者为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、慢性病自我效能量表、心理一致感量表进行问卷调查。结果非瓣膜性心房颤动患者自我效能条目总均分为6.35(4.08~8.62)分,家庭人均月收入、病程、非瓣膜性心房颤动类型、非瓣膜性心房颤动心功能分级和心理一致感对患者自我效能有影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论非瓣膜性心房颤动患者的自我效能处于中等水平,提高患者的心理一致感可提升患者的自我效能水平;对于心功能较差、病程较短、家庭人均月收入低的持续性心房颤动患者应重点关注。Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of self-efficacy in non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF)patients.Methods Totally,313 NVAF patients were recruited by convenience sampling method in 23A-level general hospitals in Qingdao from October 2018 to April 2019.The self-designed general information questionnaire,the self-efficacy scale of chronic disease and the scale of sense of coherence were conducted.Results The total average score of self-efficacy in NVAF patients was 6.35(4.08~8.62).Per capita monthly income of family,course of disease,type of atrial fibrillation,cardiac function grade of NVAF and sense of psychological concordance had influence on patients'self-efficacy(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy of patients with NVAF is in the middle level.Enhancing the sense of coherence can improve patients'self-efficacy.Health workers should pay special attention to NVAF patients who have poor NYHA class,short course of disease and low family average income.
