摘  要:研究了用酸性膦类萃取剂Cyanex272从硫酸镍钴锰溶液中萃取分离铝,考察了体系pH、萃取剂浓度、萃取剂皂化率和相比对萃取的影响。结果表明:对于Al^(3+)质量浓度2~3 g/L、主金属离子质量浓度70 g/L左右、且不含铁、锌、钙等杂质的原液,用皂化率为40%的25%Cyanex272+75%磺化煤油有机相,在萃取时间4 min、V_(o)/V_(a)=1/1条件下进行萃取,铝的单级萃取率为72%,5级萃取率为75%,去除效果较好,且主金属离子损失率较低。Solvent extraction of aluminum from nickel-cobalt manganese sulfate solution using acidic phosphine Cyanex272 as extractant was investigated.The effects of optimum system pH,extraction agent concentration,saponification rate and phase ratio on extraction of aluminum were examined.The results show that under the conditions of Al^(3+)mass concentration of 2~3 g/L,main metal ion mass concentration of about 70 g/L,and no impurities such as iron,zinc and calcium,using organic phase of 25%Cyanex272+75%sulfonated kerosene with saponification rate of 40%to extracting aluminum,extraction time of 4 min,V_(o)/V_(a)=1/1,the single-stage extraction rate of aluminum is 72%,and the fifth-stage extraction rate is 75%.The removal effect of aluminum is good,and the loss rate of main metal ions is lower.
