摘　　要：目的目的探讨臀下动脉穿支皮瓣修复臀部压疮的临床疗效。方法自2016年1月至2018年12月河池市人民医院创伤手足外科对收治的106例臀部压疮患者于术前常规采用彩色超声多普勒血流仪探测穿支点并标计,设计将包括穿支点在内的臀下动脉穿支皮瓣修复压疮创面。结果本组共106例患者,皮瓣大小为4.5 cm×8.0 cm~8.5 cm×15.0 cm;其中2例术后压疮复发引起全身感染,经积极局部引流和应用抗生素治疗后,感染控制;其余患者术后皮瓣均完全成活。随访3~12个月,压疮无复发,修复效果较满意。结论采用臀下动脉穿支皮瓣修复臀部压疮,创伤性较小,血运可靠,修复效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of inferior gluteal artery perforator flap in the repair of pressure ulcer on the buttock.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,the perforator in 106 patients with pressure ulcer on the buttock was detected and marked by color doppler flow meter before operation.The inferior gluteal artery perforator flap including perforator was designed to repair the wounds of pressure ulcer.Results There were a total of 106 patients.The area of flap ranged from 4.5 cm×8.0 cm to 8.5 cm×15.0 cm.The systemic infection caused by postoperative recurrence of pressure ulcer occurred in 2 patients.After local drainage and systemic antibiotic therapy,the infection was controlled.The remaining flaps after operation survived.During the follow-up from 3 to12 months,there was no recurrence of pressure ulcer.The efficacy after repair was satisfactory.Conclusion The application of inferior gluteal artery perforator flap in the repair of pressure ulcer on buttock has the advantages of less trauma,reliable blood supply and good repair efficacy.It should be considerable for clinical promotion.
