葆宮止血颗粒对围绝经期无排卵性异常子宫出血性激素、新血管生成因子的改善研究

摘　　要：目的研究葆宮止血颗粒对围绝经期无排卵性异常子宫出血患者性激素、新血管生成因子的改善情况。方法选取医院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的围绝经期无排卵性异常子宫出血患者100例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组加用葆宮止血颗粒治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组完全止血时间(35.66±4.52)h短于对照组(48.79±5.26)h,总有效率(92.00%,46/50)高于对照组(76.00%,38/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前性激素、一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后VEGF(42.36±5.55)pg·mL^(-1)、bFGF(21.79±2.68)pg·mL^(-1)水平高于对照组,黄体生成素(LH)(27.05±4.12)IU·L^(-1)、孕激素(P)(1.89±0.52)nmol·L^(-1)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)(32.10±4.25)U·L^(-1)、NO(4.14±1.01)μmol·L-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前子宫内膜厚度组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度(0.58±0.17)cm低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葆宮止血颗粒可调节围绝经期无排卵性异常子宫出血患者内分泌水平,改善NO、VEGF、bFGF的表达,降低子宫内膜厚度,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the improvement of sex hormone and neovascularization factor in patients with anovulatory uterine bleeding during menopausal period.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,100 patients with anovulatory uterine bleeding during menopausal period were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Baogong Zhixue Granule(葆宮止血颗粒).The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results The complete hemostatic time in the observation group[(35.66±4.52)h]was shorter than that in the control group[(48.79±5.26)h],and the total effective rate(92.00%,46/50)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.00%,38/50)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of sexual hormone and nitric oxide(NO),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)or bFGF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF[(42.36±5.55)pg·mL-1]and bFGF[(21.79±2.68)pg·mL^(-1)]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of LH[(27.05±4.12)IU·L^(-1)],progesterone(P)[(1.89±0.52)nmol·L^(-1)],NO[(4.14±1.01)μmol·L^(-1)]and FSH[(32.10±4.25)U·L^(-1)]were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups’endometrial thickness before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness[(0.58±0.17)cm]was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baogong Zhixue Granule can regulate the endocrine levels of patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding,improve the expressions of NO,VEGF and bFGF,reduce the thickness of uterus and improve the therapeutic effect.
