柏硝祛毒洗剂对重度直肠前突合并混合痔单吻合器治疗后肛缘水肿及疼痛的影响探究

摘　　要：目的探究柏硝祛毒洗剂对重度直肠前突合并混合痔单吻合器治疗后肛缘水肿及疼痛的影响。方法研究共纳入于2016年7月—2018年6月入院治疗的重度直肠前突合并混合痔患者70例,随机均分到两组进行临床治疗观察。两组患者均行单吻合器治疗,观察组患者加用柏硝祛毒洗剂配合治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,观察记录两组治疗前后患者肛缘疼痛、水肿情况,记录比较两组并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率94.29%(33/35);对照组总有效率77.14%(27/35)。观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗两组患者肛缘疼痛、水肿评分显著下降;观察组治疗后3 d、5 d和7 d时,肛缘疼痛、水肿评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组水肿、感染等并发症发生率低于对照组,并发症总计发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柏硝祛毒洗剂联合单吻合器治疗重度直肠前突合并混合痔能显著提高临床疗效,改善患者肛缘水肿及疼痛症状,利于患者预后。Objective To explore the effect of Baixiao Qudu Lotion(柏硝祛毒洗剂)on anal edema and pain after treatment of severe rectocele combined with mixed hemorrhoids with single stapler.Methods In this study,70 patients with severe rectocele complicated with mixed hemorrhoids were selected from July 2016 to June 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.Two groups were treated with single stapler,while the observation group was treated with Baixiao Qudu Lotion.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,anal pain and edema were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 94.29%(33/35)in the observation group and 77.14%(27/35)in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anal pain and edema in the two groups decreased significantly,while the scores of anal pain and edema in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3,5 and 7 days after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications such as edema and infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baixiao Qudu Lotion combined with single stapler in the treatment of severe rectocele combined with mixed hemorrhoids can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,the symptoms of anal edema and pain,and benefit the prognosis of patients.
