消炎利胆止痛汤治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效及对氧化应激因子、胆囊功能的变化研究

摘　　要：目的研究消炎利胆止痛汤对慢性胆囊炎患者的疗效及患者氧化应激因子、胆囊功能的变化影响。方法选取医院2015年12月—2018年12月收治的慢性胆囊炎患者138例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予消炎利胆止痛汤治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率(91.30%,63/69)高于对照组(75.36%,52/69),不良反应率(11.59%,8/69)与对照组(8.70%,6/69)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前胆囊功能指标组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后胆囊收缩功能(62.55±8.14)%高于对照组,胆囊壁厚度(2.08±0.25)mm、胆囊容积(21.23±3.42)cm3低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前氧化应激因子、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、IL-8水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消炎利胆止痛汤治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效显著,可减轻机体氧化应激损伤和炎症反应,促进胆囊功能的恢复,且安全性高。Objective To study the effect of Xiaoyan Lidan Zhitong Decoction(消炎利胆止痛汤)on chronic cholecystitis and the changes of oxidative stress factor and gallbladder function in patients with chronic cholecystitis.Methods A total of 138 cases of chronic cholecystitis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and those in the observation group were treated with Xiaoyan Lidan Zhitong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate(91.30%,63/69)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(75.36%,52/69),and the adverse reaction rate(11.59%,8/69)was not significantly different from that in the control group(8.70%,6/69)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in gallbladder function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The gallbladder contractile function in the observation group[(62.55±8.14)%]was higher than that in the control group,and the gallbladder volume[(21.23±3.42)cm3]and the gallbladder wall thickness[(2.08±0.25)cm^(3)]were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of oxidative stress factor,IL-8 and TNF-αbetween the two groups before treatment.In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of SOD and IL-8 were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and TNF-αwere lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyan Lidan Zhitong Decoction is effective in treating chronic cholecystitis and can reduce the oxidative stress injury and the inflammatory reaction of the body and promote the recovery of the gallbladder function,and has high safety.
