基于力学-生物信号机制探讨理气活血中药防治冠心病的机理

摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,简称冠心病,是威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一。冠心病的发生与血液、血管的功能和结构失衡密切相关,血流剪切力可通过激活内皮,将血流作用于管壁的机械刺激转化为生物信号,调控血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、单核-巨噬细胞等的功能,对动脉粥样硬化发生发展具有重要影响。中医药防治冠心病多以理气活血法组方,理气活血中药在改善患者血流状态、血管内皮功能、炎症反应等具有显著作用。以力学-生物信号机制为切入点,探讨理气活血中药防治冠心病的机理。Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,which is called coronary heart disease for short,is one of the major diseases threatening human health.The onset of coronary heart disease is closely related to the imbalance of function and structure of blood and blood vessels.Blood flow shear force can activate endothelium,transform the mechanical stimulation of blood flow acting on the wall into biological signals,regulate the functions of vascular endothelial cells,smooth muscle cells,mononuclear-macrophages and so on,and has an important effect on the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.Traditional Chinese medicine makes prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease mostly using the method of eliminating dampness and activating blood circulation.Eliminating dampness and activating blood circulation TCM prescriptions have significant effects on improving blood flow,vascular endothelial function and inflammatory reaction.In this paper,the mechanism of eliminating dampness and activating blood circulation TCM prescriptions preventing and treating coronary heart disease was explored based on the mechanics-biosence mechanism.
