摘  要:冠心病心绞痛是冠心病的主要临床并发症,严重者可发展为急性心肌梗死。西医治疗往往局限于二级预防,对因药物治疗和冠脉血运重建等单因素疗法,而中医则将其归属于"胸痹"范畴进行辨证论治。其中,芳香温通法作为"寒邪内闭"所致胸痹的基本治法,对于冠心病心绞痛的防治有显著的临床疗效。旨在通过总结古今对芳香温通方药防治冠心病心绞痛的病机认识及一些具有代表性的中成药,以期能为该治法的进一步探究提供帮助。Coronary heart disease angina pectoris is the main clinical complication of coronary heart disease,and severe cases can develop acute myocardial infarction.Western medicine treatment is often limited to secondary prevention,including single-factor therapy such as drug treatment and coronary revascularization,while in traditional Chinese medicine it belongs to the category of"chest Bi syndrome".Among them,the method of warming and dredging by aromatic drugs is the basic treatment for chest pain caused by"cold evil internal obstruction",and has significant clinical effect on the prevention and treatment of angina pectoris.Therefore,this review aimed to provide a basis for the further exploration of this treatment method by summarizing the ancient and modern understanding of warming and dredging prescriptions by aromatic drugs in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and some representative Chinese patent prescriptions.
