摘　　要：目的:优化吴茱萸碱水凝胶贴剂的处方并考察其影响因素,并对其质量进行评价。方法:设计正交试验,考察水凝胶骨架材料Viscomate NP-700,交联剂甘羟铝,增黏剂聚维酮K-90及促渗剂丙二醇对吴茱萸碱水凝胶贴剂质量的影响,以初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度和12 h累积透皮量为评价指标,筛选出最优处方。对其黏附性能、含量均匀度、释放度等指标进行考察。结果:当Viscomate NP-700、甘羟铝,聚维酮K-90和丙二醇的质量百分含量分别为6%,0.2%,0.1%,7%时,吴茱萸碱水凝胶贴剂性能较优,24 h累积释放率达96.28%。结论:吴茱萸碱水凝胶贴剂处方工艺稳定,合理可行,质量可控。Objective: To optimize the formulation of evodiamine hydrogel patches and to investigate the influencing factors and the quality control method.Methods: The formulation was optimized by orthogonal experiment with four factors including hydrogel patch carrier(sodium polyacrylate NP-700),crosslinking agent(dihydroxyaluminium aminoacetate),tackifier(PVP K-90) and penetration enhancer(propylene glycol).The initial adhesive force,holding force,peeling strength and permeability were measured.The adhesive ability,content uniformity and drug release assay were also explored.Results: The optimal formulation contained 6% NP-700,0.2% dihydroxyaluminium aminoacetate,0.1% PVP K-90 and propylene 7% glycol.The cumulative release of patches in 24 h was 96.28%.Conclusion: The optimized formulation and preparation process of evodiamine hydrogel patches are stable,reasonable and feasible.
