猪源乳酸菌的分离鉴定及部分生物学特性

摘　　要：目的筛选出安全无毒可食用的乳酸菌。方法以仔猪粪便为样品,分离筛选出1株乳酸菌,经理化鉴定和16S测序,鉴定为乳酸片球菌,对其进行生长曲线、产酸能力测定,抗逆性、黏附性和抑菌能力等特性分析。结果该菌株在8 h达到稳定期,12 h菌液pH值为4.51,抗逆性、黏附性和抑菌能力等特性较为优秀。结论该菌株具有很好的生物学特性,可作为优秀的食用菌种应用于动物微生态制剂以及猪饲料添加剂中。Objective To screen safe and non-toxic edible lactic acid bacteria. Methods One strain of Lactobacillus was isolated from piglet feces, identified by using chemical analysis and 16 S sequencing, and identified as Pediococcus acidilactici. Its growth curve, acid production ability, stress resistance, adhesion and bacteriostatic ability were analyzed. Results The strain reached a stable stage in 8 hours, and the pH of the bacterial solution was 4.51 at 12 hours. The strain had excellent resistance, adhesion and bacteriostatic ability, was not sensitive to some antibiotics, and was safe and non-toxic. Conclusion The strain has good biological characteristics and can be used as an excellent edible fungal species in microecological preparations for animals and pig feed additives.
