颈Ⅲ号方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床报道

摘　　要：目的:收集孙树椿教授临床应用颈Ⅲ号方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病病例,观察其有效性及安全性。方法:回顾性总结采用颈Ⅲ号方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者6089例,根据临床疗效及FS-CAS评分评价其有效性和安全性。结果:临床有效率构成中显效5176例(85.01%),有效386例(6.34%),无效527例(8.65%),总有效率达91.35%,其中仅有2例(0.30%)在服药后出现轻度恶心,调整服药时间后症状消失;FS-CAS评分在治疗后与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈Ⅲ号方在临床中治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有良好的疗效,能改善患者临床头晕目眩等症状,并且副作用少,具有良好的安全性。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of Professor Sun Shuchun’s JingⅢprescription in treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:6089 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis who were treated by JingⅢprescription were retrospectively summarized.The efficacy and safety were evaluated by clinical efficacy and FS-CAS score.Results:There were 5176 cases(85.01%)with marked effect,386 cases(6.34%)with effective effect,527 cases(8.65%)with ineffective effect,and the total effective rate was 91.35%.Only 2 cases(0.30%)showed mild nausea after taking the medicine,and the symptoms disappeared after adjusting the time of taking the medicine.The FS-CAS score showed statistical significance after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:JingⅢprescription has satisfied efficacy in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.It shows well safety in improving clinical dizziness and other symptoms without obvious side-effect.
