摘  要:大庆外围葡萄花低孔低渗透储层常规压裂效果差,难以建立有效驱替关系,应用直井缝网体积压裂改造工艺提高了单井产量,在宋芳屯、肇州等油田葡萄花储层大规模应用取得了较好的开发效果,解决了区块动用差的问题。统计以往应用效果,分析缝网压裂井压后生产动态具有三次递减规律,总结了四类缝网压裂后生产动态特征。通过分析选层特征,认为砂泥岩互层储层压后裂缝闭合快、支撑剂裂缝长期导流能力变差是影响压后长期增产效果的主要原因。为此,现场开展了裂缝体系加砂现场试验。现场应用低密度支撑剂14口井,对比常规支撑剂措施后增液增油效果明显,8个月后日增油是初期增油量的40%(对比井为25%),较好地控制产量递减,提高了缝网压裂工艺在砂泥岩葡萄花储层的应用效果,对压后控递减贡献较为明显。The conventional fracturing in Putaohua low porosity and low permeability reservoirs of the periphery of Daqing Oilfield is not so good that it′s hard to establish effective displacement relationship.The volume fracturing technology for the fracture network in vertical wells has been applied to the production in-crease for single well.The large-scale application in Putaohua reservoirs in Songfangtun,Zhaozhou and other oilfields has achieved good results and solved the problem of being hard to produce in the block.Based on the statistics of previous application results,it is analyzed that the production performance after fracture network fracturing has the rule of decline three times,and the production performance characteristics after fracturing of four types of fracture network are summarized.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of select-ed reservoir,it is considered that the main factors affecting the long-term stimulation are the rapid fracture closure after the fracturing in interbedded sandstone and mudstone reservoirs and the poor conductivity of proppant fractures for long time.For this reason,the field test of adding sand to fracture system was carried out.Low density proppant is applied to 14 wells in the field.Compared with conventional proppant,oil and fluid production increased obviously,and daily oil increase is 40%(25%of the correlated wells)of initial oil increase after eight months which shows the production decline is controlled well.The application effect of network fracturing technology in Putaohua sandy mudstone reservoir is improved,and the contribution to production decline control is more obvious.
