摘 要:以某炼油厂催化裂化装置在渣油加氢装置换剂前后的生产运行统计数据的系统化分析为依据,从催化原料性质、催化剂性能以及装置主要操作条件、产物分布和主要产品性质等方面进行分析对比,得到催化裂化装置与渣油加氢装置一体化运行优化结果:催化原料性质更符合催化装置设计要求,有效提升了催化装置加工处理重质油能力,同时因为催化原料性质指标的优化调整,为渣油加氢装置在脱残炭、脱氮方面减缓了压力,一定程度上实现了渣油加氢装置运行周期和催化剂使用寿命的延长;在操作条件上,控制适宜的反应温度和剂油比深入挖掘装置潜能,实现原料变重情况下催化高价值产品收率(液化气+汽油+柴油)的不降低的装置高效运行;主要产品性质得到优化,汽油辛烷值提高约1.2个单位,干气氢甲烷比降低24%。通过渣油加氢和催化裂化两套核心重油加工装置的一体化优化分析,有助于炼油厂在实际生产中科学有效地进行生产调度调节,提升炼油厂整体经济效益。Based on the systematic analysis of operation statistics of the FCC unit in a refinery before and after the replacement of residue hydrotreating catalysts,the properties of FCC feedstock,the catalyst performance as well as the main operating conditions,product distribution and main product properties of the unit were analyzed and compared,and the optimization results of the integrated operation of FCC unit and residue hydrotreating unit were achieved.The properties of FCC feedstock was more in line with the design require-ments of FCC unit,which effectively improved the capacity of the unit to process heavy oil.At the same time,the optimization and adjustment of FCC feedstock property index relieved the pressure of residue hy-drotreating unit in terms of carbon residue removal and nitrogen removal,and to some extent prolonged the operation cycle of residue hydrotreating unit andthe service life of catalysts.In terms of operating conditions,appropriate reaction temperature and catalyst to oil ratio were controlled to explore the potential of the unit,so as to achieve the efficient operation of the unit without reducing the yield of high value products(lique-fied gas,gasoline and diesel)under the condition of heavier raw materials.The properties of main products were optimized.The octane number of gasoline was improved by about 1.2 units,and the hydrogen to methane ratio in dry gas was reduced by 24%.The integrated optimization analysis of residue hydrotreating unit and FCC unit,the two core heavy oil processing units,is helpful for the refinery to scientifically and effectively regulate the production scheduling and improve the overall economic benefit of the refinery in the actual pro-duction.
