摘  要:在沥青混合料中加入了不同长度和掺量的短切短纤维,研究了碳纤维长度和掺量对沥青混合料动稳定度、低温弯曲性能和冻融劈裂强度比的影响。试验结果表明,碳纤维的掺加都有助于沥青混合料的高温稳定性能的改善,掺加不同长度和掺量的碳纤维的沥青混合料试件的最大弯拉应变都要高于未添加碳纤维的试件;当碳纤维长度为3 mm、碳纤维掺量为1%时,沥青混合料试件具有最大的弯拉应变和动稳定度,以及最好的抗冻融劈裂效果。碳纤维改善沥青混合料路用性能的原因在于,适量碳纤维的加入可以起到桥接集料的作用,并协同沥青混合料起到增强增韧和抑制裂纹扩展的作用。Short cut short fibers with different len gth and content were added to asphalt mixture,and the effects of carbon fiber len gth and content on dynamic stability,low temperature bendin g property and freeze-thaw splittin g stren gth ratio of asphalt mixture were studied.The results show that the addition of different len gth and amount of carbon fiber can improve the hi gh-temperature stability of asphalt mixture,the maximum bendin g strain of asphalt mixture with different len gth and content of carbon fiber is hi gher than that without carbon fiber;When the len gth of carbon fiber is 3 mm and the content of carbon fiber is 1%,the asphalt mixture has the lar gest bendin g strain and dynamic stability,and the best effect of freeze-thaw splittin g.The reason why carbon fiber can improve the road performance of asphalt mixture is that the proper amount of carbon fiber can play the role of brid gin g a g gre gate,and play the role of stren gthenin g and tou ghenin g and inhibitin g crack growth to gether with asphalt mixture.
