摘　　要："数字难民"就是掌握和运用数字媒体技术有难度,在"互联网+"时代生存有困难的人。目前我国学术界习惯于将40后、50后及更年长者划归为"数字难民"。"数字难民"受年龄影响,但不是由年龄决定的。本文认为"养老"观念、受教育程度、经济基础、学习习惯是影响这代"数字难民"数字化生存质量的重要内在因素。"Digital refugees" are those found it difficult to understand and use digital media technology thus struggles in the "Internet+" era.The academic community in China is accustomed to categorizing people born in the 1940s,1950s and before as "digital refugees".The digital refugees are affected by age,but age doesn’t not play a decisive role.This paper holds that the life quality of the "digital refugees" in the digital era depends very much on their philosophy of how to live as an elderly person,the degree of their education,their financial status and their habit of learning new things.
