摘　　要：注射溶脂近年来成为局部减脂的一项新选择。目前,FDA批准的注射用溶脂药物仅有ATX-101,其主要成分为脱氧胆酸钠、磷脂酰胆碱。然而由于对该制剂的作用机制、疗效和安全性仍缺少了解,溶脂针在临床导致了局部不适、疼痛和肿胀、淤斑和血肿、下颌缘神经损伤、肉芽肿和硬结、毛发脱落等并发症的发生。该文旨在对注射溶脂类药物的起源、作用机制、临床试验、不良反应及其适应证等方面进行综述。In recent years,injection adipolysis has developed as a new alternative to liposuction in the reduction of local fat deposits.At present,FDA has approved for ATX-101 as the injection formula,comprising phosphatidylcholine(PC)and sodium deoxycholate(SDC).However,it is still under exploration of the mechanism,effect and safety of the formula.Injection adipolysis has led to some side effects such local discomfort,pain and swelling,ecchymosis and hematoma,the injury of the marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve,granuloma and scleroma,trichomadesis and so on.This article will make an overview on the issue.
