瑜伽呼吸锻炼联合补肺益肾汤对慢性肺源性心脏病患者心脏功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究瑜伽呼吸锻炼联合补肺益肾汤对慢性肺源性心脏病患者心脏功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取医院收治的肺心病患者90例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组45例和观察组45例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理干预,观察组在对照的基础上给予瑜伽呼吸锻炼联合补肺益肾汤,治疗1个月。观察两组患者心功能、肺功能及生活质量等。结果与干预前比,干预后两组患者6 min步行试验、RVEF、FEV_(1)及FVC水平升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑜伽呼吸锻炼联合补肺益肾汤可以改善肺心病患者心功能,提高患者肺功能及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of yoga breathing exercise combined with Bufei Yishen decoction on cardiac function and quality of life of patients with chronic cor pulmonale.Methods Ninety patients with cor pulmonale were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group was treated with yoga breathing exercise combined with Bufei Yishen decoction for 1 month.Cardiac function,lung function and quality of life were observed in the two groups.Results Compared with those before intervention,the levels of RVEF,FEV_(1)and FVC in 6 min walking test were higher in two groups after intervention(P<0.05),and the levels of RVEF,FEV_(1)and FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yoga breathing exercise combined with Bufei Yishen decoction can improve cardiac function,lung function and quality of life of patients with cor pulmonale,which is worthy of clinical application.
