摘　　要：【目的】分析2010—2019年中国生物医学论文的撤稿趋势及学术不端类型的演变特征,探讨近年出现的新变化,为更有针对性地完善我国生物医学领域科研诚信体系提供依据和建议。【方法】检索撤稿观察数据库中2010—2019年中国生物医学论文的撤稿记录,从逐年变化、前后5年变化两个角度分析撤稿趋势及学术不端类型的演变特征。【结果】10年间撤销论文数量先升高后降低,而撤稿声明发布数量自2015年起大幅增加并持续在高位波动。与前5年相比,后5年的撤销论文数量、撤稿声明发布数量、同期撤销论文数量均增加,撤稿时滞明显缩短。数据问题、方法与结果问题自2016年起已连续4年超越抄袭,成为近年最常见的两类学术不端类型。【结论】2015—2019年中国生物医学论文的撤稿形势较2010—2014年更加严峻、预期不容乐观,深度学术不端行为已呈主流化、常态化。[Purposes]This paper aims to analyze the retraction trend of Chinese biomedical papers and the evolution of academic misconduct in biomedicine field in 2010-2019 and discuss the changes in recent years,thereby providing a basis and suggestions for targeted improvement of the research integrity system in this field in China. [Methods]The retracted Chinese biomedical papers from 2010 to 2019 were retrieved from Retraction Watch and the related retraction trend and evolution of academic misconduct in2010-2019,2010-2014,and 2015-2019 were respectively analyzed. [Findings]In 2010-2019,the retracted papers increased firstly and then decreased,while the retraction statements increased significantly and fluctuated at high levels since 2015. The retracted papers,retraction statements,and retracted papers in the same period in 2015-2019 were more than those in 2010-2014,and the duration from publication to retraction shortened significantly in 2015-2019. Since 2016,data problem and method and result problem have surpassed plagiarism and topped the academic misconduct behaviors. [Conclusions]The retraction trend of Chinese biomedical papers in 2015-2019 is more severe than that in 2010-2014 and the situation will remain grave in the future judging from the mainstream and constant deepened academic misconduct.
