摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是一种急性感染性肺炎,多数患者以发热、干咳、乏力为主要表现。老年人为COVID-19的易感人群,亦是此次疫情危重症及死亡病例的高发人群,且预后较差。基于老年人五脏亏虚、脾肾尤甚的生理特点,拟初步探讨从脾肾论治老年人COVID-19的可行性策略。Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is an acute infectious pneumonia.Most patients are mainly characterized by fever,dry coughand fatigue.The elderly is the susceptible population of COVID-19,and is also the high-risk population of the critical illness and death cases of this epidemic,andthe prognosis is poor.Based on the physiological characteristics of the elderly’s five Zang-Fu organs deficiency,especially the spleen and kidney,this article intended to preliminarily explore the feasibility of treating the elderly with COVID-19 fromspleen and kidney.
