基于数据挖掘探讨中药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的用药规律

摘　　要：目的探讨中药口服方治疗的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症用药规律。方法通过中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库等平台收集符合纳入标准的文献202篇,方剂215首,将完整的方药组成录入Excel表格,运用"中医传承辅助平台v2.5"分析收集的中药使用频次和中药的四气、五味、归经,以及通过关联规则分析得到的药组,聚类分析得出新的用药组方。结果单味药使用频率最高为赤芍132次;四气,五味,归经排名前三位分别是寒、温、平;苦、甘、辛;肝、心、脾。关联规则分析(支持度≥30%,置信度≥80%)统计出167味中药有8组关联药组,聚类分析("相关度"为"8","惩罚度"为"2")统计出11个新方。结论中医治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症在使用中药上有一定规律,且可根据关联药组组成新方可为临床大夫提供更多的治疗思路。Objective To investigate the medication rule of oral medicine treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Method Through the Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI),VIP journal full-text database(VIP)and Wan Fang,we collected 202 references,215 prescriptions and input the formulae into the Excel.The inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform v2.5 was used to analyze the frequency and four natures,meridiantropism andthe drug groups which were obtained through the analysis of the association rule clustering analysis.And the new formula could be obtained.Results The highest frequency of single herb was 132 times of Chishao(red peony root).The top three of four natures were cold,warm and gentle natures.The top three of five tastes were bitter,sweet and pungent.The top three meridians of meridian tropism were liver,heart and spleen meridians.Association rule analysis(support degree≥30%,confidence degree≥80%)showed that 8 groups of 167 traditional Chinese drugs were associated,and cluster analysis(correlation degree=8,penalty degree=2)showed 11 new prescriptions.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae has a certain rule.And according to the composition of the new drug groups,it can provide more treatment ideas for clinical doctors.
