摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是一类复杂、难治性疾病,已经成为当今社会严重影响患者身心健康和生活质量,甚至危及患者生命的重大疾病,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前恶性肿瘤临床治疗西医多采取手术切除术或放射治疗、化学药物治疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等现代手段,但患者术后肿瘤易复发、易转移、不良反应较大、预后较差及肿瘤细胞耐药性等问题,严重影响临床疗效及患者生活质量。袁今奇教授多年在诊治恶性肿瘤临床中,形成了自己独特的学术思想和诊疗经验。认为"正气不足"是恶性肿瘤发病的主要因素,毒、痰、瘀、郁、热贯穿肿瘤发病整个过程,故在其治疗过程中提出应抓准主症,随证选方遣药;顾护正气,防止复发转移;毒热痰瘀,贯穿治疗始终;辨证论治与辨病论治相结合,必将提高临床疗效,以造福患者。Malignant tumor is a complicated and refractory disease.It has become a serious impact on patients’physical and mental health and quality of life in today’s society,even threatening patients’life.Its incidence shows an increasing trend year by year.At present,surgical resection or radiotherapy,chemical drug therapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and other modern methods are adopted in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors in western medicine.However,the tumor is prone to have relapse,metastasis,adverse reactions,poor prognosis and drug resistance of tumor cells after surgery.It seriously affects the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients.Professor YUAN Jinqi has been in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors for many years,and has formed his own unique academic thinking and diagnosis and treatment experience.It is considered that"deficiency of vital Qi"is the main factor of malignant tumor.Toxin,phlegm,blood stasis,stagnation and heat permeate the whole process of tumor.Therefore,in the course of its treatment,it is suggested that the main symptoms should be identified and prescriptions should be selected according to the symptoms.The treatment should protect Qi and prevent recurrence and metastasis,eliminating toxin and heat and resolving phlegm and blood stasis should be throughout the treatment.The syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are combined and it will certainly improve the clinical efficacy.
