疏肝健脾解毒化湿方合大黄蟅虫丸治疗乙肝代偿期肝硬化临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝健脾解毒化湿方合大黄蟅虫丸治疗乙肝代偿期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选择2017年7月2019年6月到医院进行治疗乙肝代偿期肝硬化的患者共90例作为观察对象,依据随机分配法分成实验组和对照组,两组均予保肝、降酶、抗病毒等内科常规治疗,对照组为内科常规治疗,实验组为在常规治疗基础上加用疏肝健脾解毒化湿方合大黄蟅虫丸。3个月为1个疗程。对两组患者ALT、ALB、TBIL、肝纤维化四项、Fibroscan等各项指标,与联合药物治疗对患者健康恢复的总有效率进行比较。结果实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,实验组Fibroscan、肝功能以及肝纤维四项等各项指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用疏肝健脾解毒化湿方联合大黄蟅虫丸治疗乙肝代偿期肝硬化,具有显著的效果,该药物治疗方案更值得在实践中推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Huashi Decoction combined with Dahuang Zhechong Pill in the treatment of hepatitis B compensated cirrhosis.Method From July 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital,a total of 90 chronic hepatitis B patients with compensatory phase cirrhosis were as research objects.On the basis of random distribution method,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given routine treatments,such as protecting liver,reducing enzymes and antiviral medicine.The experimental groupon the basis of conventional treatment combined with Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Huashi Decoction and Dahuang Zhechong Pill.Three months was a course of treatment.The indexes such as ALT,ALB,TBIL,Fibroscan and so on in patients in the two groups were compared.The total effective rate of combined drug therapy for patients’health recovery was compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the indexes such as Fibroscan,liver function and four hepatic fibers in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hepatitis B compensated cirrhosis,we can apply the treatment of Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Huashi Decoction combined with Dahuang Zhechong Pill,which has a significant effect,and the drug treatment scheme is worthy of popularizing and applying in practice.
