摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种慢性的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,在中医上属"痴呆"范畴。其病位在脑,是以"肾精虚、脑髓空"为发病基础,以阳气虚为基本病理机制的疾患。AD的主要病机为五脏虚衰,阳气不足,精不化髓,进而导致髓海不足,神机失用,发为本病。其病多发生在老年期或老年前期,是老年痴呆的最主要原因。随着中国老龄化社会来临,该病患病率逐年增加,成为危害老年健康生活的危险因素。该病的病因及发病机制目前尚未明确,多年来,西医暂未取得理想的临床疗效。针灸是中医学的精粹,从古至今,大量临床实践证明,针灸在治疗该病中取得了良好的临床疗效。其中灸法更是起到温阳补气、扶正祛邪的作用,古有"针所不为,灸治所宜"之说。督脉为阳脉之海,总督一身之阳气,且督脉无论是在循行还是功能上与肾、脑、髓关系密切。温灸督脉可起到升阳益气、充髓养脑之功。通过概括祖国医学对本病的认识,从中医学角度明确其基本病因病机,以督脉与阳气的关系为纽带,分析督脉与肾精、脑髓以及阳气与肾精、脑髓的密切关系。主要以中医经络理论和临床实践为基础,探究温灸督脉治疗AD的可靠性,为临床温灸治疗AD提供理论基础,以期进一步打开中医药治疗AD的大门,发挥中医药在治疗脑部疾患方面不可替代的特色疗法。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a chronic degenerative disease of the central nervous system,which belongs to the category of"dementia"in traditional Chinese medicine.The disease is located in the brain,which is based on"kidney essence deficiency,brain marrow empty"and Yang Qi deficiency.The main pathogenesis of AD is the deficiency of five internal organs,deficiency of Yang Qi,and lack of essence and marrow,which leads to the deficiency of marrow sea and the loss of spirit.Itoccurs more in senile period or senile prophase and is the main reason of senile dementia.With the coming of aging society in China,the prevalence of the disease is increasing year by year.It has become a risk factor for the healthy life of the elderly.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not clear.For many years,western medicine has not achieved the ideal clinical effect.Acupuncture is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.Since ancient times,a large number of clinical practices have proved that acupuncture has achieved good clinical effect in the treatment of the disease.Among them,moxibusion plays a key role of warming Yang,nourishing Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.In ancient times,it was said that moxibusion was more suitable for the disease that acupuncture cannot treat.The Du meridian is the sea of Yang meridian and the the governor of Yang Qi.Warm moxibusion can play the effect of raising Yang Qi,filling marrow and nourishing brain.This paper summarized the understanding of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine,clarified its basic etiology and pathogenesis from the medical point of viewand analyzed the close relationship between Du meridianand the kidney essence as well as the brain marrow and the relationship between Yang Qi and kidney essence as well as the brain marrow.Based on TCM meridian theory and clinical practice,the reliability of warm moxibustion in treating AD should be explored to provide theoretical basis,so as to further open the door of TCM treating AD and use the irreplaceable ch
