摘　　要：哮喘是儿科和成人中的常见疾病,在全世界领域内具有很高的发病率,对患者产生经济负担甚至导致死亡。哮喘现已被认为是一种异质性疾病,最新的临床和实验室研究加深了对哮喘免疫学的了解。哮喘未来将通过可辨别的特征与免疫机制相联系按内型进行分类。通过了解哮喘的免疫学,医护人员将能通过哮喘内型诊断患者,并提供个性化的,以生物标志物为驱动力的诊治方法,以有效控制哮喘。但西医在治疗上仍具有一定局限性,西药长期使用会产生不良反应,并且容易复发,现代医家通过对其病因病机的理解,使用内治、外治等诊疗手段发挥出中医在对抗哮喘方面的优点。详细介绍哮喘当前已知的病理生理学和临床生物标志物,以及针对所有哮喘内型的最前沿的生物学和靶向疗法,同时也介绍了中医对于哮喘的理解,内治法和外治法在临床的应用,希望能为患者提供新的选择。Asthma is a common disease in pediatrics and adults.It has a high morbidity in the world,which places an economic burden on patients and even leads to death.Asthma is now considered as a heterogeneous disease,and the latest clinical and laboratory studies have deepened the understanding of asthma immunology.Asthma will be categorized by endogenous type in the future through identifiable features linked to immune mechanisms.By understanding the immunology of asthma,medical staff will be able to make a diagnosis through the endotype of asthma,and provide personalized diagnosis and treatment methods driven by biomarkers to effectively control patients’asthma.However,Western medicine still has certain limitations in treatment.The long-term use of Western medicine will cause side effects and easy recurrence.Modern medical doctors have used internal and external treatments to understand the causes and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.This article detailed the current known pathophysiology and clinical biomarkers of asthma,the most cutting-edge biological and targeted therapies for all types of asthma,as well as the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine for asthma,internal treatment and external treatment.The clinical application of the method is hoped to provide patients with new options.
