摘　　要：帕金森病是严重危害中老年人健康的神经退行性疾病,何建成教授基于肝肾同源的基本理论,提出肝肾不足为疾病基本病机,治疗以滋补肝肾为主,创立复方地黄方经验方,并通过研究揭示了复方地黄方改善帕金森病症状,减轻西药不良反应,发挥增效减毒的作用机制。Parkinson’s disease is one of the diseases which cause serious damage to the middle-aged and elderly people.Based on the basic theory of liver and kidney homology,professor HE Jiancheng has proposed that liver and kidney deficiency is the key pathogenesis of this disease,and the treatment is mainly to nourish liver and kidney,and has established the empirical effect of Dihuang Compound Prescription.Experimental and clinical studies have shown that Dihuang Compound Prescription can improve the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease,reduce the side effects of western medicine,and play the role of enhancing the effect and reducing the toxicity.
