脉络舒通颗粒联合西药对血栓性浅静脉炎的治疗及ET-1、TXB2表达情况

摘　　要：目的分析脉络舒通颗粒联合西药对血栓性浅静脉炎(STP)患者的治疗效果及内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)表达水平的影响。方法选取医院2017年2月—2019年3月收治的STP患者68例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予脉络舒通颗粒联合西药治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率(91.18%,31/34)高于对照组(70.59%,24/34),总不良反应率(11.76%,4/34)与对照组(14.71%,5/34)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前症状(发热、疼痛、肿胀感、下肢条索或结节)评分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前相关细胞因子水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后ET-1、TXB2、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、高敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉络舒通颗粒联合西药治疗STP可减轻炎症反应,调节ET-1、TXB2的表达水平,改善症状,且不增加不良反应。Objective To analyze the effect of Mailuo Shutong Granule(脉络舒通颗粒)combined with western medicine on the expression of ET-1 and thrombin B2(TXB2)in patients with thrombus superficial phlebitis(STP).Methods From February 2017 to March 2019,68 patients with STP were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with Mailuo Shutong Granule combined with western medicine,and the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results The total effective rate(91.18%,31/34)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(70.59%,24/34),and the total adverse reaction rate(11.76%,4/34)was not significantly different from that in the control group(14.71%,5/34)(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in the evaluation of pretreatment symptoms(fever,pain,swelling,lower limb cords or nodules).The symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of related cytokines between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1,TXB2,IL-1,IL-1βand hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mailuo Shutong Granule combined with western medicine can reduce inflammatory reaction,regulate the expressions of ET-1 and TXB2,improve symptoms,and do not increase adverse reactions.
