摘　　要：活血化瘀的中药不仅可调节血脂及血液流变性来改善瘀血的状态,还可通过对血小板调节作用来缓解血液黏、凝、聚的变化。血小板作为血液中的重要有形成分,在活血化瘀法治疗血液循环系统疾病的研究中地位举足轻重。大量文献研究显示,具有活血化瘀功效的中药(三七、当归、川芎、桃仁、红花、芍药、水蛭、蒲黄、延胡索等)可通过作用于血小板上的多个靶点、以多个途径使血小板形态结构、黏附聚集功能、血管内皮完整性等均趋于好转,其机制主要是通过多种途径抑制血小板的生物学改变,故以活血化瘀药对血小板的生物学改变为侧重点,分析活血化瘀药对血小板的影响作用及其作用靶点,以期为临床治疗提供借鉴。Blood-activating and stasis-resolving Chinese drugs not only improve the state of stasis,regulates blood lipids and hemorheology,but also affect platelets in multiple targets and pathways.As an important tangible component in blood,platelet plays an important role in the research of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.A large number of literature studies have shown that traditional Chinese drugs that have the functions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis[Sanqi(Panax notoginseng),Danggui(Angelica sinensis),Chuanxiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong),Taoren(Prunus persica),Honghua(Carthamus tinctorius),Shaoyao(Dioscorea oppositifolia),Shuizhi(Hirudo nipponica),Puhuang(Typha angustifolia),Yanhusuo(Corydalis yanhusuo)]can make platelet morphological structure adhesion aggregation function of vascular endothelial integrity tend to improve.The mechanism is mainly through a variety of ways to inhibit platelet biological changes.Focused on the biological changes of platelets,this article analyzed the effects and targets of traditional Chinese drugs that have the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the biological changes of platelets,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
