针灸对低度青少年近视短期效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸对低度青少年近视短期效果的临床观察。方法将2017年4月—2018年1月医院青少年低度近视患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例,对照组采用0.25%托吡卡胺滴眼液点眼,晚睡前1次。观察组采用针灸治疗,30 min/次,1次/d,连续治疗6 d,停用1 d,以4周为1个疗程。治疗前后记录患者的裸眼视力(远视力)、屈光度、眼内压及中医证候积分,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者性别、平均年龄及平均病程等一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组有效率81.82%(36/44)低于观察组94.45%(42/44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组和观察组远视力(0.54±0.18)、(0.65±0.19),屈光度(-1.12±0.49)D、(-0.85±0.34)D,眼内压(14.02±2.15)mmHg、(16.09±2.27)mmHg,视远模糊(1.63±1.08)、(0.87±0.89),视疲劳(1.49±1.12)、(0.48±0.51),干涩不适(1.58±1.13)、(0.71±0.68),畏光羞明(1.40±1.31)、(0.66±0.58),治疗前后差值对照组和观察组远视力(0.15±0.08)、(0.25±0.13),屈光度为(0.47±0.38)、(0.73±0.34),眼内压(2.13±1.54)mmHg、(3.78±1.81)mmHg,视远模糊(2.26±1.12)、(2.94±0.97),视疲劳(1.93±0.78)、(2.89±1.01),干涩不适(1.59±0.98)、(2.49±1.12),畏光羞明(1.46±1.05)、(2.25±0.86),对照组和观察组上述指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸对低度青少年近视的短期效果显著,降低屈光度,提高裸眼视力,改善中医证候,值得推广。Objective To investigate the short-term effect of acupuncture in the treatment of moderate adolescent myopia.Methods Eighty-eight adolescents with moderate myopia in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given 0.25%topicamide eye drops,one time before going to bed.The observation group was treated with acupuncture,30 minutes each time,once a day,for 6 consecutive days,and discontinued for 1 day,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,naked visual acuity(far vision),diopter,axial length,intraocular pressure and TCM syndrome scores were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data such as gender,average age and average course of disease(P>0.05).The effective rate of the control group(81.82%,36/44)was lower than the observation group(94.45%,42/44)(P<0.05).After treatment,the distant visions of the control group and the observation group were 0.54±0.18 and 0.65±0.19,respectively.The diopters were(-1.12+0.49)D and(-0.85+0.34)D,respectively.The lengths of the eye axis were(23.72±0.74)mm and(24.25±0.79)mm,respectively.The intraocular pressure were(14.02±2.15)mmHg and(16.09±2.27)mmHg,respectively.The far vision blurred scores were(1.63±1.08)and(0.87±0.89),respectively.The visual fatigue scores were(1.49±1.12)and(0.48±0.51),respectively.Dry and astringent discomfort scores were(1.58±1.13)and(0.71±0.68),respectively.The light-shy scores were(1.40±1.31)and(0.66±0.58),respectively.The difference of distant visions before and after treatment of the two groups were(0.15±0.08)and(0.25±0.13),respectively.The difference of diopters were(0.47±0.38)and(0.73±0.34),respectively.The difference of lengths of eye axis were(0.69±0.42)mm and(0.92±0.51)mm,respectively.The difference of intraocular pressures(IOP)were(2.13±1.54)mmHg and(3.78±1.81)mmHg,respectively.The diff
