湖南省二级以下医疗机构可复用医疗器械处理现状调查及可行方式的探讨

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省二级以下医疗机构可复用医疗器械消毒处理现状以及第三方消毒供应的采用情况。方法采用自设问卷调查湖南省内1115家二级以下基层医疗机构可复用医疗器械的处理现状及第三方消毒供应情况。结果1115家基层医疗机构均使用可复用医疗器械,其中使用腹部、骨科、眼科、妇产科和腔镜手术等复杂器械619家,占55.52%;建设有消毒供应中心(室)432家,占38.74%;采取集中消毒供应314家,占28.16%;其中分区、人员和设备配置均合格的91家,占8.16%;采用委托第三方供应的13家,占1.71%;有意向采用第三方供应的174家,占15.60%。结论目前湖南省二级以下医疗机构可复用医疗器械处理存在不规范,有引起交叉感染风险,委托第三方合格消毒供应中心进行消毒供应模式仍处于起步阶段。Objective To understand the current status of disinfection treatment of reusable medical devices in secondary and lower medical institutions and the adoption of third-party disinfection supply in Hunan Province.Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the processing status of reusable medical devices and the supply of third-party disinfection in 1115 primary medical institutions in Hunan Province.Results Reusable medical devices were use in all1115 primary medical institutions.Among them,619 institutions used complex devices such as abdominal,orthopedic,ophthalmological,gynecological and endoscopic surgery,accounting for 55.52%.432 institutions established central sterile supply department,accounting for 38.74%,and 314 institutions used centralized disinfection supply,accounting for28.16%,of which 91 institutions had qualified divisions,personnel and equipment configuration,accounting for 8.16%.Total 13 institutions used third-party supply,accounting for 1.71%,and 174 institutions intended to use third-party supply,accounting for 15.60%.Conclusion At present,the treatment of reusable medical devices in secondary and lower medical institutions in Hunan Province hasn’t been standardized,and there is a risk of cross-infection caused by these devices.It is still in the initial stage to entrust a qualified third-party central sterile supply department for disinfection supply.
