摘  要:便利店是一种以满足顾客便利性需求为主要目的零售业态,通常24h营业、且全年无休.2018年我国便利店门店数量已超过12万家,便利店能耗已成为社会能耗中不可忽视的一部分,也关系到便利店的经营成本,便利店节能逐渐引起人们的重视,但我国对于便利店用能现状仍缺少深入的认识.为此,本文通过对上海某知名品牌连锁型便利店多家门店的基本信息及能耗数据进行了调查收集和统计分析,客观分析了当前便利店的能耗水平及特征.经分析发现,便利店总面积均值为81 m^(2),卖场面积占比74%,不同类型便利店日均客流量差异较大,店均年总能耗为64235 kW·h,单位总面积和卖场面积能耗量均值分别为883 kW·h/(m^(2)·a)和1202 kW·h/(m^(2)·a),经测算冷冻冷藏设备能耗占比最大,其次为其他设备和空调能耗,是便利店节能工作的重点.本文可为开展便利店节能改造技术相关研究提供一定的参考.This paper investigated and collected the basic information and energy consumption data of a certain number of samples from a well-known chain convenience store( C-store) group in Shanghai. Through the statistical analysis,the basic characteristics and level of current energy consumption of C-stores are objectively understood.The study found that the average store area is 81 m2,of which 74% is sale area. The daily passenger flow of different types of C-stores varies greatly. The average annual total energy consumption was 64,235 kW·h,the average energy use intensity( EUI) was 883 k W·h/( m2·a)( total floor area) and 1 202 kW·h/( m2·a)( sales floor area). It is estimated that freezing and refrigeration equipment accounts for the largest proportion of energy consumption,followed by the other equipment and HVAC equipment. These should be the focal point of energy conservation in C-stores.
