新型稳流器蓄热水箱温度分层现象的研究

摘  要:该文设计了一个由顶部稳流器、底部稳流器、2个侧面稳流器以及上部挡水板和下部挡水板组成的蓄热水箱。为了研究蓄热水箱运行时的温度分层效果,用Gambit建立蓄热水箱模型,并且用Fluent分别模拟热泵机组蓄热水箱供暖模式和热泵机组蓄热水箱既蓄热又供暖模式。模拟结果表明,蓄热水箱供热模式可满足持续供热时间为360 min,并且出水口温度始终高于313 K;而对比模型在相同工况下仅能提供60 min的热水。在温度分层方面,运行480 min后,蓄热水箱上部与中部的最终平均温差为6.8 K,蓄热水箱中部与下部的平均温差为4.6 K。A novel thermal storage tank with a top flow stabilizer,a bottom stabilizer and two stabilizers on two sides are developed and investigated in this study.Two water fenders are set on the upper and the lower part of the tank respectively.The numerical model for the thermal storage tank is developed by the gambit.The thermal stratification in the tank is investigated by the fluent software when a heat pump system for space heating runs on the heating only mode and on the heating and heat charging mode,respectively.In comparison with a conventional thermal storage rank studied in a reference,the new tank can provide the uninterrupted space heating for 360 min and its outlet water temperatures are always higher than 313 K,while the conventional one provides space heating for 60 min under the same working conditions.The results also show that after running for 480 min,the average temperature difference between the upper part and the middle part of the novel tank is 6.8 K,while that between the middle part and the lower part is 4.6 K.
