摘 要:为提高风力机气动性能,基于仿生学,以鸟类的覆羽为仿生对象,提出一种风力机仿生翼型。以NACA0018为例,在吸力面处布置仿生翅片翼,针对翅片翼动态平衡时的特性进行分析,并研究其对翼型气动性能的影响,揭示流动控制机理。结果表明:翅片翼处于气动平衡角度时,其最大升力系数增大约5.69%,且当攻角16°时增大约16.02%,效果最明显;翅片翼处于最佳控制角度时升力系数最大值增大约12.76%,16°攻角时升力系数增大约23.79%;最佳控制角度时翅片翼导致上游的翼型表面压力降低,下游压力相对增加,压力面呈整体略微降低的现象;根据翅片翼气动力矩系数随抬起角度的变化关系以及翅片翼处于最佳控制效果点时的气动力矩系数,提出在翅片翼铰点添加相应外力矩的方法,以平衡翅片翼在最佳控制点处的气动力矩,使翼型在气动力矩平衡时处于最佳状态。In order to improve aerodynamic performance of wind turbine,taking bird coverts as the bionic objects,a bionic airfoil is proposed.In NACA0018 example,the bionic wing fins being arranged on the suction surface,analyzing the characteristics of fin flap homeostasis,and studying its effect on the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil,the flow control mechanism is revealed.The results show that when the wings are in aerodynamic balance fin angle,the maximum lift coefficient is increased about 5.69%,16°angle of attack has most obvious effect which enhances the maximum lift coefficient about 16.02%.When the control angle of the fins is in the best,the wing maximum lift coefficient is increased about 12.76%,the lift coefficient is enhanced about 23.79%when the angle of attack is 16°.The wing fin in optimal control angle leads to the pressure reduction of airfoil upstream surface,and the pressure increase relatively on the downstream surface,the pressure surface exhibits slightly overall reduction phenomenon.According to the relationship between the aerodynamic moment coefficient of the flap and the lifting angle,and the aerodynamic moment coefficient when the flap is at the optimal control effect point,a method of adding the corresponding external moment at the hinge point of the flap is proposed to balance the optimal control of the flap.The airfoil is optimal at the moment of aerodynamic torque balance.
