摘　　要：《跨国管理与语言》是一部学术论文集,从多学科视角探讨了跨国公司管理中出现的语言问题。本文对该书的四个创新点进行评介,归纳并剖析了语言在跨国管理中的战略管理价值、沟通激励价值、身份构建价值和文化传播价值。在此基础上从三个方面探讨"一带一路"背景下,跨国语言管理作为商务英语研究新领域对我国商务英语教学和研究的启示:1)加强"一带一路"跨国语言管理能力建设;2)在商务英语专业增设跨国语言管理课程;3)通过实习实训等环节培养跨国语言管理实践能力。International Management and Language is a special academic collection, which discusses the complicated language issues in the management of multinational corporations from multidisciplinary perspectives. This article reviews the four new topics of this book, summarizes and evaluates the four important values of language in international management, i. e. the values of strategic management, communicative motivation, identity construction and cultural communication. On this basis, it discusses the implications of international language management(ILM) against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative as a new area of business English teaching and research in China from three perspectives: 1) it is necessary to build ILM capability in the Belt and Road construction;2) ILM-related courses should be added to business English program and discipline;and 3) it is essential to train practical skills in ILM through different tasks of internship and practice.
