摘 要:中国外语教育规划亟须建立起定位科学的外语教育规划体系。本文首先梳理了国外多语言意识相关研究,提出将符合国内多语种外语教育本质的"多语资源意识"纳入多语言意识,并从多语言意识视角认识外语教育的多重价值,接着以新发展理念为战略指引,将外语教育置于国家发展宏图中加以谋划,构建了多语言意识下的外语教育规划体系,最后本文对多语言意识下外语教育规划体系做出评析。It’s imperative to establish a foreign language education planning system with a right orientation. The present paper reviews studies on multilingual awareness abroad, and proposes that "multilingual resource awareness", which conforms to the essence of domestic multilingual foreign language education, be integrated into multilingual awareness. Multiple values of foreign language education are thus recognized in light of multilingual awareness. Then, with China’s New Developmental Principles as the strategic guideline, foreign language education planning is placed as a part of national development strategy in this paper. Taking the above into consideration, a foreign language education planning system is constructed from a multilingual awareness perspective, the rationale of which is elucidated in the end.
