摘 要:基于大规模的语言慕课(LMOOCs),开展语言资源的建设和推广,可为"一带一路"语言互通提供坚实的基础。本文对比分析了国内外几大慕课平台两类主要语种的慕课后发现,我国语言慕课水平在不断提升,但在交互学习、注重体验和课程评价与应用等方面仍有所欠缺。"一带一路"倡议彰显了中国全球化新理念,语言慕课还需要从规划、运作、影响、效果等方面进一步加力提效,以形成符合我国实际的"一带一路"语言慕课发展新路径。Based on large-scale language MOOCs(LMOOCs), languages resources used by countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative can be constructed and promoted, providing a solid foundation for the realization of language exchange under the Initiative. This paper makes a comparative analysis of LMOOCs in two major languages among several MOOC platforms at home and abroad. It is found that LMOOCs in China are constantly improving, but there are still some deficiencies in interactive learning, emphasis on experience and course evaluation. The Belt and Road Initiative highlights China’s new concept of globalization. Therefore, LMOOCs need to be further enhanced in terms of planning, operation, influence and effect, so as to form a new path for the development of the Belt and Road LMOOCs in line with China’s reality.
