摘　　要：本文对2018年和2019年于南京市艾贝尔宠物医院龙江店就诊的2249例宠物猫病例进行调查与统计分析,以评估近年来南京地区宠物猫疾病的发生情况,同时补充国内猫疾病发生情况调查的相关资料。统计结果显示:内科疾病641例,占总病例数的28.50%,其中最常见的为消化系统疾病;外科疾病749例,占总病例数的33.30%,其中最常见的为软组织外科手术;产科疾病64例,占总病例数的2.85%,最常见的为难产;传染病322例,占总病例数的14.32%,最常见的为上呼吸道感染;寄生虫病190例,占总病例数的8.45%,最常见的为体外寄生虫感染;皮肤病283例,占总病例数的12.58%,最常见的为真菌性皮肤病。本次调查结果可在一定程度上提示近年来南京地区宠物猫疾病发生情况,并为宠物医生制定防控临床猫病的方案提供参考资料。A survey and statistical analysis of 2249 cases of pet cats in the Longjiang branch of Nanjing Ai-Bi Pet Hospital in 2018 and 2019 were conducted to evaluate the occurrence of feline diseases in Nanjing in recent years,and at the same time complement the relevant data on the investigation of domestic feline diseases.The results show that:641 cats got medical diseases,accounting for 28.50%of the cases,of which the most common are digestive diseases;749 cats got surgical diseases,accounting for 33.30%of the cases,of which the most common are soft tissue surgery;64 cats got obstetric diseases,accounting for 2.85%of the cases,of which the most common is dystocia;322 cats got infectious diseases,accounting for 14.32%of the cases,of which the most common are upper respiratory tract infections;190 cats were infected by parasites,accounting for the cases 8.45%,the most common of which is ectoparasitic infection;283 cases were of skin diseases,accounting for 12.58%of the cases,the most common of which are fungal dermatopathy.To some extent,the results of this survey reveal the occurrence of feline diseases in Nanjing in recent years,which provide solid information for the veterinarian to prevent and control clinical feline diseases.
