接骨七厘片联合带锁髓内针对胫腓骨骨折患者膝关节功能及骨折愈合率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨接骨七厘片联合带锁髓内针对胫腓骨骨折患者膝关节功能及骨折愈合率的影响。方法:选择2015年1月至2019年6月在新余市人民医院就诊的胫腓骨骨折患者80例,随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用带锁髓内针治疗,观察组采用接骨七厘片联合带锁髓内针治疗,比较两组临床指标、骨折愈合率、美国膝关节协会(KSS)评分及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间、下地负重时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6个月,观察组骨折愈合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月的活动度、疼痛、稳定性及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接骨七厘片联合带锁髓内针治疗利于胫腓骨骨折患者骨折愈合,促进膝关节功能恢复,对患者术后恢复有利。Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiegu Qili tablets combined with interlocking medullary nail on knee joint function and fracture healing rate in patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods:80 patients with tibiofibular fracture who admitted in the Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,and observation group was given Jiegu Qili tablets combined with interlocking intramedullary nail.The clinical indexes,fracture healing rate,American knee society knee score(KSS)and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:The hospitalization time,fracture healing time and weight-bearing time in observation group were all shorter than those in control group,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);After 3,6 months of surgery,the fracture healing rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);After 6 months of surgery,the range of motion,pain,stability and total score in observation group were higher than those in control group,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the comparison of the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiegu Qili tablets combined with interlocking medullary nail in treatment of patients with tibiofibular fracture can promote fracture healing and recovery of knee joint function,which benefits postoperative recovery of patients.
