摘 要:随着机载设备向小型化、轻量化趋势的发展,设备结构复杂度不断增加,振动与冲击对产品安全性的影响也更加受到关注。以某机载设备为研究对象,建立了简化的有限元模型,对机箱的动力学特性进行分析,模拟得到结构模态振型和随机振动下的动力学响应等结果,研究了散热台布局和加强筋设计对设备响应的影响。With the development of airborne equipment towards miniaturization and lightweight design,the complexity of equipment structure continues to increase,and the impact of vibration and shock on product safety has also attracted more attention.Taking an airborne equipment as the research object,a simplified finite element model is established,the dynamic characteristics of the equipment are analyzed,and the structure modal shape and dynamic response under random vibration are simulated.The influence of the layout of the cooling platform and the design of the ribs on the response of the equipment is studied.
