摘 要:丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PGMEA)是电子行业使用的一种优良清洗溶剂,使用后的废液中含有PGMEA和水等物质,两者会形成共沸物。文中研究了共沸精馏法回收废液中PGMEA的工艺方案,通过Aspen Plus考察了环己烷、水与PGMEA的共沸特性;采用正交试验精简模拟试验过程,以共沸塔再沸器能耗为优化目标,建立模型对共沸塔的共沸剂用量及进料位置进行优化,获得了拟合度较高的回归方程;采用Aspen Plus中的灵敏度分析,优化了脱轻塔的进料位置。工艺优化后获得了回收废液中PGMEA的最优工艺参数,为工艺包设计提供指导。Propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate(PGMEA)is an excellent cleaning solvent used in the electronics industry.The waste liquid after use contains PGMEA and water,and both will form an azeotrope.The process plan for recovering PGMEA in waste liquid by azeotropic rectification was studied,and the azeotropic properties of cyclohexane,water and PGMEA were investigated by Aspen Plus.The simulation test process was simplified by orthogonal test.A model was established to optimize the amount of azeotrope and the feed position of the azeotropic tower,taking the energy consumption of the azeotropic tower reboiler as the optimization goal.A regression equation with a high degree of fit was obtained.Using the sensitivity analysis in Aspen Plus,the feeding position of the light-ends column was optimized.After process optimization,the optimal process parameters of recovering PGMEA in waste liquid were obtained,which provided guidance for process package design.
