摘　　要：为完善我国体育支援治理体系,借鉴社会学、管理学、体育学理论,梳理了我国体育支援的政策。运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和实地考察等方法,对我国体育支援情况进行了分析。结果显示:我国体育支援在上级体育、扶贫和组织部门的指导下进行,帮扶方式以设施支援、人员驻村和志愿服务为主,经费来源主要是体彩公益金、专项资金和单位自筹,考核方式以查阅材料和实地考察为主。当前我国存在体育支援制度不够完善、支援措施不够精准、长效机制缺失等问题。今后要为体育支援的科学决策提供制度保障,构建多元协作治理的动力机制,健全治理资金和人才保障体系,拓展体育支援内容和形式,提高贫困地区内部体育治理能力,建立体育支援治理效果的多元考核评价体系,从而促进体育支援长效机制的形成。In order to improve the governance system of sports support in China,this paper analyzes the sports support in China.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzed the sports support in China.The results show that sports support under the guidance of sports,poverty alleviation and organizational departments in China,the way mainly includes facilities support,staff in villages and voluntary services,the funding sources are mainly come from sports lottery public welfare chest,special funds and units financing,the examination methods are mainly Include data and field visits.There are still some problems such as the existing policy of sports poverty alleviation laws is not perfect,the help way is not accurate,lack of long time mechanism and so on.In the future,it is necessary to provide institutional guarantee for scientific decision-making of sports support,build a dynamic mechanism of multiple collaborative governance,improve the security system of governance funds and talents,expand the content and form of sports support,improve the internal sports governance capacity in poor areas,and establish a multiple assessment and evaluation system for the governance effect of sports support,so as to promote the formation of a long-term mechanism of sports support.
