鬼箭风病证考略

摘　　要：古代病名鬼箭风包含3种类型,一是以全身或局部忽然疼痛,或全身疼痛异常为主要表现,属于痛证范畴,由瘀血、痰湿等闭阻经络,不通则痛。多从瘀血、痰湿论治,主以活血通经、化痰理气之法。二是以全身关节游走性的疼痛为主要表现,属于痹证范畴,由正气亏虚,风寒湿等邪气外客所致。多从风寒湿、瘀血论治,主以祛风胜湿、活血通经之法。三是以发热一日便见稠密缩小的痘疹为主要表现,属于痘疹范畴,认为此证大凶,尚未见古书有治法记载。There are three types of ancient disease named Guijianfeng. The first type involves sudden pain of the whole or part of the body, or abnormal pain of the whole body which is categorized as pain syndrome, and it is caused by blood stasis, phlegm dampness and other closed obstruction of meridians and collaterals. Stagnation of qi and blood may bring about pain, so this type may mostly be differentiated and diagnosed from the blood stasis, phlegm dampness, and the principle is to promote blood circulation and dredge meridians, dissipate phlegm and regulate qi. The second type involves the wandering pain of joints on the whole body, which is categorized as arthromyodynia, caused by deficiency of healthy qi. So this type may mostly be differentiated and diagnosed from the wind, cold, dampness and other evil qi. The treatment principle is dispeling pathogenic wind and dampness, activating blood circulation for removing obstruction in meridians. The third type is mainly manifested by dense and reduced pimple rash seen on the day of fever which is categorized as acne rash, as it is assessed as a dangerous sign, and there was no effective treatment record in ancient books.
