摘　　要：孙桂芝教授在恶性淋巴瘤诊疗上经验丰富,认为淋巴瘤经过各种系统治疗之后的常态是体虚毒恋,中医辨治应以扶正祛邪为原则,扶正固本须围绕益肾填髓来实现,而益肾之先须考虑调和脾胃、理顺中气,以固后天之本,如此则正气自强,而邪不可干,达到抑制肿瘤增殖、改善症状、减毒增效、提高生活质量、延长寿命的目的,以期长期生存,乃至临床痊愈。Professor SUN Gui-zhi has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant lymphoma using TCM theory. She considers that the normal state of lymphoma after various systemic treatments is the evil poison is not clearing due to deficiency of the body. Strengthening the body should be realized by invigorating kidney and supplementing body essence and marrow, regulating qi-flowing in order to strengthen the foundation of the acquired body, so that the healthy qi is self-strengthening and the evil qi cannot be dried, to inhibit tumor proliferation, improve symptoms, reduce toxicity and increase efficacy, improve the quality of life, prolong life, get long-term survival, and even clinical recovery.
