摘　　要：通过文献检索、文献评价、文献研究总结、3轮专家问卷调查、专家论证会、专家质量方法学评价和临床一致性评价,制定《中医儿科临床诊疗指南·解颅病(小儿脑积水)》。本指南提出了解颅病(小儿脑积水)的诊断、辨证、治疗、预防和调护建议,在中医药分证论治同时,推荐配合外敷药物、针灸、推拿、康复训练等综合措施。适合中医科、儿科、神经科、康复科等相关临床医师使用。Through literature search, literature evaluation, summary of literature research, three rounds of expert questionnaire survey, expert testimony, expert quality methodology evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation, the formulation of Clinical Guidelines for Pediatric Diagnosis and Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine · Granial Disease(Pediatric Hydrocephalus), this guide provides recommendations for the diagnosis, differentiation, treatment, prevention and treatment of granial disease(pediatric hydrocephalus). At the same time, as the treatment of Chinese medicine, it is recommended to cooperate with external medicine, acupuncture, massage, rehabilitation, and other comprehensive measures.
